Our Team

Mr. Maxwell has 13+ years of engineering and related management experience, ten (10) of which are directly related to the solid waste industry including site design and permit applications, Environmental Management including Air Programs (Title V, NSPS, and MACT), Groundwater Monitoring, Stormwater Management, Leachate Management and Disposal, and General Regulatory Compliance with all Local, State, and Federal Environmental Regulations Related to Solid Waste Management. Most recently, Mr. Maxwell has spent the last eight (8) years responsible for the Budgeting, Permitting, Design, Construction, and Operation/Maintenance of GCCS systems. Prior to joining Carlson Environmental Consultants, Mr. Maxwell served seven years as a Gas Operations Manager responsible for eight (8) MSW landfills in South Carolina and Georgia with gas systems required to be operated and maintained in accordance with NSPS regulations.
