Mr. Dybendal has 28+ years of experience in multiple facets of the landfill gas and solid waste construction industry. Mr. Dybendal has also been involved with construction and major overhaul/repair of landfill gas collection systems including gas extraction well installation, polyethylene (PE) pipe fusion, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe installation, installation of condensate/leachate containment and collection facilities, collection header line trenching, and installation of blower/flare station mechanical equipment (including concrete pads, blowers, flares, condensate tanks, pumps, flame arrestors, electrical panels, etc.). He holds numerous training certifications and is responsible for CEC’s construction and drilling crews.
