Our Team

Mr. Ross is a Senior Project Director for CEC and has nearly twenty years of civil engineering experience, with fifteen of those years in the solid waste and landfill gas industry. Mr. Ross has eight years of experience as a solid waste consultant in the private sector and six years of experience in solid waste operations and compliance in the public sector. Additionally, Mr. Ross has been a certified manager of landfill operations. He has a wide array of permitting experience ranging from landfills to transfer stations. His design experience covers site design for both MSW and C&D landfills, transfer stations, and citizen drop centers, and well as non-solid waste facilities; stormwater design; landfill gas systems; preparation of financial assurance estimates; and solid waste planning including the development of solid waste management plans. Mr. Ross has vast experience with capital planning having managed solid waste capital programs for over five years. Finally, Mr. Ross has a broad experience in providing construction engineering services. He has experience in construction management, contract administration, and construction inspection/construction quality assurance and has served as the resident engineer on numerous solid waste projects.
